Shipping policy

Tracking your order

All orders are packed with love and shipped with care and we strive to dispatch within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends).

Here at Hohm Interiors we are reducing waste where we can so your order may arrive in a recycled box. But remember its whats on the inside that counts!

You will be notified about the order confirmation and shipping through email or SMS. An order that is placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed and sent on the next business day. 

Rural areas may require more time for delivery. The delivery time frames we provide are a guide and Hohm Interiors cannot be accountable for delays as these are provided by our carriers.  

Please allow extra time for orders to be processed during our sale and Christmas shopping periods. 

Hohm Interiors do not ship overseas or to PO Boxes.

We inspect all our items while packing your order to ensure it arrives in the same condition that it leaves our warehouse. If there is an issue with your order you must get in touch with us within 24 hours after receiving your order. We may require further information from you and will require photographs to process any issues with your order.  

Delays

Some couriers can experience delays within their network so please allow extra time for potential delays in shipping.

 

Order Details

By placing an order you agree that your details, such as name, contact numbers, delivery address can be passed to third party couriers.

Please ensure that you have provided us with a complete and accurate address. If you are sending these to a place of work, please ensure the business name is included in your order. 

Once an order is dispatched we will not be able to amend the details or redirect the parcel.
